Independence Camp…
The highlight of this week’s activities is the 4th of July holiday including
marching in the 4th of July parade in Port Sanilac. Campers are asked to bring
red, white and blue clothing for the parade.

the World in a Week
This week we will circle the globe as we learn about multiple Saints that enrich
our faith and have assisted with our religious freedoms.

Easter Camp…
The basis for our faith is the celebration of Easter. We will spend the week
exploring what Easter means to our faith and to us. Campers can bring in Easter
decorations to hang on their bunks.

Christmas Camp…
Celebration of Christmas is an important part of who we are as Catholics.
Activities will be centered on the Christmas theme and the sharing of stories.
Campers are encouraged to bring a Christmas stocking (or sock) and/or
decorations that will be hung on their bunk beds. St. Nicholas will be stopping
by for a visit.

Halloween Camp…
Do you know the Christian connection to the holiday? By the end of the week,
each camper will have an understanding of Halloween and its Christian roots.
Send your camper with last year’s Halloween costume, as they will spend an
evening at the Carnival of Fun and a visit to the Haunted House located on the
Boys Camp property.

Specialized Camp
Experiences
Pioneer Camp Experience…
This outdoor living adventure is for 14-16 year olds. The girls stay in platform
tents on the Girls Camp property away from the main property. The boys are at
the Pioneer Farm located just across the road from the Boys Camp. This
experience includes cooking their own meals over an open campfire and a four day
off site canoe trip. There is an emphasis on outdoor living and wilderness
skills. Registration is limited!

Sailing Adventure…
This intense week of training, provided by the Seahawk Sailing School in Port
Sanilac, is for campers’ ages 11 to 13. The days will be spent learning how to
sail and the evenings will be spent at camp participating in the camp
activities. This small boat program offers campers the opportunity to learn to
sail small boats in accordance with the American Sailing Association standards
using boating safety techniques as the learning platform, in addition to
instilling responsibility, accountability, commitment and teamwork. Registration
is very limited to 10 boys and 10 girls!! Don’t wait!

Advanced Sailing Adventure...
The Advanced Sailing is for campers who have already gone through the Sailing
Adventure
and want to move up to sailing a bigger boat. Provided by Sea Hawk Sailing
School and for campers’ ages 12 to 14 the days will be spent at the harbor
learning on a 20ft. or larger sailboat and the evenings at camp participating in
the camp activities. Registration is very limited to 6 boys and 6 girls!! Don’t
miss out on this one!

Mini Camp…
This special 4-day camp session is highly recommended for first-time campers,
ages 7-9. This is an excellent opportunity to send campers who are not yet sure
of being away from home and who have never been to camp. The Mini Camp will also
participate in the activities and celebrations of the Easter Camp.

S.E.A.
of Possibilities Co-Ed Camp…
S.E.A. stands for Service, Ecology and Adventure and that is what we will be
doing! The layout of the day will be different from our traditional camp.
Campers will work on activities that involve all three of our core areas
throughout the day including service projects, how to preserve and protect our
environment through ecology based games and activities and will be challenged
with our high ropes course. This is a CO-ED Camp for 7th through 12th grade
students (12 years and older) and will take place at the Boys Camp.

The Girls Weekend is an
opportunity for mothers and daughters to share real quality
time together as we play, learn and laugh in a beautiful
camp setting. Come relive your camp experience from
yesterday or years past. The weekend will be filled with
arts and crafts, games, archery, swimming, campfires, and
more. Mothers and daughters will live in community cabins
with others. It starts on Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. and
ends after lunch on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. Open to daughters in
kindergarten through middle school and mothers of all ages.
